Our stay at the park was a mix of enjoyment and frustration. While the family-friendly atmosphere and the splash park were a big hit with the kids, we faced several issues with cleanliness in our cabin and inconsistent pool access rules. Overall, it seemed quite overpriced for what was provided, especially regarding the accommodations. The park is bustling and certainly has strong points, but there's definitely room for improvements.
I had a pretty disappointing experience during my stay. The cabin we checked into was not clean at all, and even though the bed was comfortable, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly helpful when we raised our concerns. The grounds were nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you prioritize cleanliness.
Our recent stay at the park was mostly positive, with an amazing location right on the beachfront and a clean, well-maintained park. The amenities for kids were a definite highlight, and the activities available kept everyone entertained. However, we did face some issues with the laundry not being open and a lack of clear communication regarding that, which dampened the experience slightly.
I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 years with my family, drawn by its fantastic location and fun vibe. However, I must admit that the amenities, particularly on 12th Avenue, are in dire need of a refresh. The toilets and showers were leaking water all over the floors, and the laundry facilities were outdated and often out of order. Considering the price we pay to stay here, I really think they need to invest more in maintenance to match the beautiful location.
Our stay was fantastic with plenty of activities for the kids and easy access to the beach. The spacious sites and clean amenities were definitely highlights. However, I faced some challenges with wheelchair accessibility at a few locations within the park, which could use improvement. Overall, it's a great spot for families looking to explore.
